Serco snaps up Cornwell

Public sector services giant Serco has tabled an offer to buy Cornwell Management Consultants Plc, an AIM-listed firm based in Surrey, for £7m. Doesn't surprise me

I live in Cornwall. In our area Serco collects the trash and provides the out of hours medical service. The provide a rubbish service in both cases. At first I took the headline to mean they were buying up the rest of the county.
