Sounds like my old job

Sort of sounds like my old job as a PC tech. On numerous occasions, my paychecks bounced, one time it was three weeks in a row. The "why?" was simple - the owner never kept a running balance in his checkbook; he just looked at his bank balance the day he was writing the checks, and made sure he had enough to cover that day's checks. Each time I told him about it, he got me another check within a couple days, and always refused to cover the fees imposed on me by my bank (including my bounced check fees, which bounced because HIS checks bounced on me). Needless to say, I started cashing the checks at his bank, and then depositing the cash into mine.
