The root of the LogcaCMG ills started with the (mis)integration of the two companies. During the ensuing bloodbath, the Logica management structure prevailed.

Although the former CMG company was not without its problems, they really understood customer account management, business development and the crucially important role of senior consultants in contributing to those activities -- unlike Logica.

It's ironic that McKenna will now be "recruiting the right people in the right places to grow the business". No doubt he'll looking for the same senior consultancy & account management skills of those that he and his thugs drove out of the business a couple of years ago using all manner of dirty tricks and tactics.
