    It's "Content Addressed Storage" (CAS) ...

    .. like the stuff sold by EMC (Centera), Permabit or Archivas (now HDS). And it really means that you'll be offered a bunch of commodity servers running Linux and some perl scripts at a very high price tag. Nothing to do with contests of any kind...
