Capita buys way into ComputerLand

Capita is offering £28.9m to buy independent services firm ComputerLand. The deal looks set to go ahead because Capita has already received irrevocable undertakings to accept the deal from 43.9 per cent of ComputerLand's shareholders. Ah well...

So, farewell then, Computerland.

A slow(ish) lingering demise awaits.

Expect to see....

Computerland start to fail then!. Everything Capita touches turns to a disaster, not only that, because of the "close ties" (read donation scandal here if you like) with Labour this company keeps receiving contracts, despite being an absolute joke and failing at everything!.

I'd like to see this company go bust to be honest.

"I'd like to see this company go bust to be honest."

Could be worse...

ComputerLand

My partner works for Experian. ComputerLand offer the shittiest service I've ever received - there's the nobs working on first line support, a seemingly 3 day SLA for anything for starters.. Maybe Capita will drag it out of the pit; it couldn't get much worse!

Paris, because she's had to deal with her fair share of nobs.......

@Coward

"ComputerLand offer the shittiest service I've ever received ..."

So, a match made in heaven ... ComputerLand and Crapita!

My sympathies...

To everyone who fled across the road to computerland Nottingham to escape the clutches of Crapita when they took over PC Servicecall.

may your next move be more successful....

Bailing out.

If Capita has decided to bail Computerland out, then i think its a good thing.

Its better semi-dead that dead.

What a way to say it. Now, it would be for capita to prove us wrong with this business venture. Lets give it some months and then judge.

So Capita its left for you to prove your point.
