    Given the chaotic nature of driving in Indian cities,

    the answer is normally "yes" within about 5 minutes of any journey.

    I'm still attending counselling after one trip through Uttar Pradesh which required the use of a 'contra-flow system' - ie you drive at the oncoming traffic in the fast lane on the wrong side of the road flashing your headlights for 15 miles.
