Parallels forms Windows containers on HP's Itanium servers
Parallels is giving some delayed attention to Hewlett-Packard's Integrity servers today. The OS virtualization house has now certified Virtuozzo Containers to run in tandem with Windows on the Integrity server line — a healthy three years after Parallels (then SWsoft) did the same for Linux. Integrity Virtual Machines.... #
Seeing as Integrity Virtual Machines let you divide up an Integrity server by resources for hp-ux, Windows and Linux I suppose there hasn't been much of a great need to push Virtuozzo on Integrity. And they may have been trained in the US, but I haven't heard a peep about the stuff from any UK HP reps yet.
