...but where does that leave us in the UK? Considering we pay a fair amount more than the Merkins for their hardware, can we also get a piece of this pie?

The DoJ have dropped their investigation; it clearly states that Nvidia and ATI denied the accusations and that all claims against them will be dismissed. Hence they were innocent; so how can you have a claim against them? Hahahahaha.
