    @AC above - muppets are more efficient...

    I ordered something from this bunch of losers a week ago, from their 'express' department. It said the item was in stock and they had loads of them - I'm still waiting a week later. The site says it hasn't even been allocated yet. No wonder their profits are sliding, with service like this they won't have any customers left.
