Shareholders vs employees
It's nice that they can afford to give shareholders some reward, and yet the people on the ground doing the work within Oracle, earning the shareholders their money, have had all pay rises (both cost of living and promotions) and bonuses frozen.
My first proper official promotion in years, and I get it just as they freeze pay rises.
