David Atherton, founder of Dabs.com which he sold to BT in 2006, has been acquitted of rape charges at Leeds Crown Court. The court may have cleared Mr Atherton but the Home Secretary, Jackboot Jackie, will still hold his DNA for 12 years ... presumably in case the court was wrong in declaring his innocence. After all, Home Secretaries trump the Courts, don't they?
Mine's the one with the Government agent rifling through my pockets looking for the ID Card.
