    A public cloud supplier whose service is omitted from Red Hat's API tools sues them for screwing their trade by anticompetitive practices.

    This is an "all or nothing" one for the public stuff guys, anything else is a lawsuit looking for a place to happen.

    Well, assuming this is all open saucy, any supplier who wanted to be included need do nothing but submit their particular implementation code to the project. This is the great strength of OSS, nobody can be excluded.

    Having said that, this whole cloud circus is just one big old pile of meh. In five years it will be mostly forgotten outside of the few niche services it is suited to.
