As we see once again, Intel generates huge profits from criminal activities and doesn't even get a slap on the wrist for their crimes.

AMD and Intel's agreement to settle legal disputes around the world includes a provision which would stop Intel fighting action from any regulator which tries to change its discount and pricing regime. I have to assume #
that the agreement would never have happened without the EU (and perhaps NY was part of it too).
