    So if you want to turn around a large tech company.

    1) Sell more stuff

    2) Sell it at higher prices

    3) Shut down old production lines

    4) See if you can buy up (and shut down) competitors to limit the number of suppliers

    TOP SECRET

    5) Form a pricing cartel with your "competitors" to ensure long term profits. (illegal but *very* profitable)
