Big O has a unique definition of Cloud!
The Cloud Computing for Oracle does not work at all.
To be more specific, Oracle targets the big enterprise which already has data centers and infrastructure, but the Cloud is more demanded by customers of Amazon-Yahoo type world.
IMO, SUN made an attempt to penetrate the Cloud market by offering some technology (CMT systems and BlackBoxes) and it was an attempt to become a supplier of that technology to the Cloud.
It seems that the same role for Oracle is not interesting and that is why Ellison mixed definitions of Data Center and The Cloud Computing.
