    Really?

    What exactly is the news story here? Most of Defra's IT spending is done with the contractor who is responsible for their outsourced IT? And do bear's still poo outdoors?

    Any chance of some in depth investigation as to whether this is high, or low, or value for money, or about Defra's happiness with the contract?
