    how does vat help ?

    "It also said VAT rises in 2011 might spark a spending flurry towards the end of 2010."

    I wouldn't think Computacenter deals with individuals, so how does a vat rate change affect them ? Surely everybody they're dealing with are BIG spenders, well over the vat threshhold ?
