    How poetic: Ellison foisted on his own petard!

    Ellison, who demonstrated such a Gotch Ya! attitude after winning against SAP, deserves this 100%!

    Hope the award is as great as SAP, too.

      It would be nice. Problem is,

      near as I can tell settling the suit is pocket change for Ellison even at the current asking price.
