    Might actually work properly

    Being a decent height 5U chassis there is a decent chance that the cooling design works properly and more power goes to the processors than the fans (unlike your 1U "high density" noise machines)

    No glue chip

    Without a glue chip the performance of eight sockets will be horrible. Right now only IBM and HP have glue chips to make up for the lack of QPI links to make an 8 socket system viable.
