    DSG really seem to have

    Got their shit together. I've used them a couple of times over the last week (bought a new laptop in a PC World and tried their reserve online and collect service) and they seemed markedly better (at least in terms of the customer experience) than the DSG of a few years back. I guess that's what competition from Apple and Amazon does......

    It was actually 8m in looting, but half of it was returned faulty.
