    changing your domain and not putting a redirect from the previous domain name will cut a businesses web sites traffic.

    also the new domain name is a .com and not a .co.uk so search engine rankings won;t be so great either.

    this is their own fault.

    We used to use these, indeed I still have a mug from them on my desk. Thing is, the prices were simply no longer comparable and more problems started to appear in their cartridges. In the end we switched to using xerox toners (in HP printers) which were about %30 cheaper than lasertech.

    I still used to place the odd call to lasertech as they often had stock "in the van" and would drop stuff around in an emergency.
