    Free?

    Sorry, but when a company makes something solely available for its customers then its not something I'd describe as free. Its not a free service IMO, its an /extra/ service.

      True. But seeing how Sun charged for it, and Oracle started giving it away free around mid-last year... One can't complain for a tool that makes your life easier at doing your job. Assuming you use an Oracle OS. And with other vendors having tools that only support their products for a cost, I don't see your complaint.
