    Glad to see Staffordshire can look 20 years in to the future, I wonder if we will still need support people or non-cloud hosting in 20 years?

    One reason why ITS are doing badly compared to the rest of the company is that I know of at least 2 contracts in the past where other divisions have "forgotten" to cost for the IT elements of their bid e.g. training equipment, then when the bid is won ITS are asked to pick up a large chunk of the gap.
