    Anyone can create a "for dummies" book

    Wiley, who own the "for dummies" brand, will let you create a book in their style for a fee. Plenty of orgs have done this and typically these things are given away via PDF off corporate websites or as dead tree versions at exhibition stands.

    Now what we really need is "Ventriloquism for Dummies".

      The really stupid thing is Nutanix created one with exactly the same title 3 months ago, so as a marketing ploy this makes Big Blue look well and truly behind the curve.
