    All is not well, but lets work at giving it a go

    I have worked at Phoenix for 15 years, and things have been bad with rock bottom morale.

    Now we have a CEO with the balls and vision to try and put things right without head chopping us plebs at the bottom. Lets give him a chance and work with him rather than keep whinging about pay rises and having to work hard, and maybe we can all profit from it
