    It is hard to grasp what this is all about given the track history of cock ups the UK public sector embarks on where contracts and technology is involved. Just what are the types of services covered?

      You name it, it covers it. Cash cow for CCS but no real assessment of value.

      Actually this framework covers product sales in both hardware and software including high security products. There are no services included in the scope of Technology Products, these have been included in Technology Services.
