    Code quality

    If their openstack code is as good as their AV, throw them out pronto.

      Or their backup software. Stupid thing falls over at every daylight savings time switch. (We bailed after the 2010 edition. They may have fixed it by now, but the "feature" was present over at least 3 major versions prior.)
