    Lenovo's x86 Server software policy tied inextricably to Microsoft may not serve them well in Europe where there is a significant push for and adoption rate of Linux and other Free/Open Source Software (FOSS), and Microsoft will probably be reluctant to allow the company aly leeway in going off tract, or the software reservation.
