    I'm sure that you could have gotten a more relevant picture depicting consolidation rather than the flesh shown.

    Step forward the usual suspects.

    From an intial look at the tender, a picture of a train wreck might be more appropriate. But such is the world of IT, where customers attempt to turn services into commodities they can pick from a catalogue.

    More of the same, who says reinventing the wheel is a bad idea?

    Maybe they cannot get want they want from the contract that already exists for Mobile Telephony and PSN related services (http://ccs-agreements.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/suppliers?sm_field_contract_id=%22RM1498%3A6%22)

    I do find it very confusing, when the Civil Service invest so much time and effort why do other pub.sec. orgs then decide to go and do their own things?
