      You're right. The other option (saying "no" to something that is on the wrong side of the law) does not appear to be doing too well in corporate America..

    the rich buy themselves out of jail-time. Basically, you can break the law all you want and as long as you have enough money, you can keep your freedom and in fact, remain without a conviction. Who says money doesn't buy you happiness!

      Yep,business as usual once again. In this case there is even clear evidence of threats which are effectively blackmail against Palm and yet no criminal charges are levied, just a slap on the wrist and told to pay off the "victims".

      So how come a mugger or burglar can't get a deal like that instead of going to prison?
