    The Known Unknowns

    One reason why the security portfolio is unloved is that Juniper has been slow to tepid on UTM along with no real product developments on security.

    Maybe this loss will light a fire under Juniper to get in gear with regard to security products.

    We are a Juniper shop - routers, firewalls, switches, SSL VPN, etc and we are looking to migrate our Juniper firewalls (SSG and SRX) over to Fortinet largely based on a feel that Juniper is asleep at the switch when it comes to security.

    No pun intended of course...
