    Oh great now I have to hope they don't decide to dump one of Kofax's current bits of software we use which is deeply embedded in another product.

    Good luck , you'll need it.

    If this is the same Kofax, and I presume that there is only one, then I wish Lexmark "Good Luck". Whether or not it was a badly configured system or the system itself was bad I simply gave up with their corporate Fax offering and returned to using our local Multi-Function printers for sending receiving faxes.

      So... why did the Lexmark let you down? Was it a $50 throw-away inkjet model or a $5000 MFP?

      And please enlighten - which printers you would recommend?
