    Yeah, I am not so sure on this one. I hear that the company is constantly fighting IBM and has recently lost some staff thanks to IBM and the way they treat there 3rd party vendor.

    1) TUPE all staff over - no one gets made redundant or gets fired

    2) "Tweak" new working conditions to sufficiently piss off the experienced and expensive staff

    3) Hire cheap replacements

    4) PROFIT!!!

    Still, at least the level of service being provided won't go down at all. Right?

      Because we're totally shit at anything apart from swapping out boxes as shown by the fact we pay more to repair stuff than to replace it

    Rising from the ashes....again? Doubt it this time.........

    Oh yes!!, we forgot to mention, we also Tupe'd 40 or so Network Engineers out last Month, and lost at least 2 contracts...but we don't care, as long as we skim off enough for ourselves before it all goes pear-shaped.
