    What gave it away...

    Either this was aimed at complete idiots or USAians who are well known for not being able to find their own arses without a map, as anyone else would know which Country Dublin or Frankfurt was in.

    Of course it glosses over the fact that the location of the server is irrelevant if a US company is involved.

    US company = US law, regardless of where you are (or where the data is stored)

    Well their CTO at least sounds like he's German, certainly won't hurt their branding. I sure hope we don't have some Snowden revelation still lurking regarding AWS, because they really have done a good job of their data center abstractions.
