    Nokia's autocratic N. Europe business style, combined with Alcatel-Lucent's French heritage, there's a car crash just waiting to happen. French on strike in 3...2...1...

    Shareholders

    A CEO's job is not to create shareholder value. It's to run a company well. ALU has had a hard time with that and this merger looks as disastrous as the last one. At least Bell Labs gets to live.
