    It appears that IT services is a very different proposition to defence manufacturing & services

    Oh I don't know - Endless meetings, scope creep, over-budget and late.

    they can't make software. Based on how late the F-35 is they can't build aircraft either. So what can they make......?

    Sounds to me like a company that is just a hollow shell
