    Violin memory have had their day, their product is a one trick pony that doesn't do anything particularly clever now that other companies like solidfire are around.

      So sounds like then the kind of company you asset strip at the end to return value to the shareholders as opposed to letting management muddle on losing what little value is left giving themselves bonuses and trying whatever sticks to the wall. Goddamn activist shareholders.
