    So they're happy, but leaving anyway?

    ISTR that dis-gruntled is just extra gruntled, in the strange calculus of old english adjectives. Thus a lack of gruntlement would mean they're not unhappy?

    Well, I was not unhappy when I bolted for the exit after my tenure at EMC.
