    Some of this is really true...

    I'm an ex insider, as the call volumes were dropping so quickly, lots of people were facing redundancy two years ago.

    You can argue it's the same result anyway, but I for one prefer to be in the job market now rather than two years ago, plus two more years in the pay off...
