    So sad given the heritage, but let's be honest, nobody will miss HPE.

    The best way to up the potential failure rate of external candidates for CEO is to select one already with a history of failure in the person of Leo Apotheker; if you want to grow your software side you don't recruit a failed CEO of a large software company.

    The words key in the selection of a new CEO are 1º: to lead the eternal values of HP 2º: the capacity of execution of a guessed right vision, to this is to add 3º: "charisma", but with the capacity to be connected strongly with the daily reality of the world, the business and people (to listen a lot)

    You must be kidding

    Most of the decent HP ES staff will have departed at their first opportunity. I am so glad I got out a couple of years ago. Such a shame to see what damage abysmal leadership can do to a once great company...
