    Jeez, have these guys got no idea of how to construct a backronym? Surely it should be Total Information Technology SUpplier Programme (or have El Reg got a copyright on TITSUP)?

    Gotta be the right backronym because government outsourcing always works <sarcasm> so well </sarcasm> and this will be doubly successful because they have two outsourcers. Absolutely no chance of them blaming each other for the inevitable cockups and costing more money to sort it out because they'll no doubt have well written SLAs.

      Yup, with Atos running it, self service will be the only option - except that security requirements will prevent anyone form doing anything than the traditional turn it off and on again.
