    Erm... okay:

    - Tablets? Really? Surely they're nearly at saturation. And there are no "new" big products in this area at the moment.

    - Smartphones are definitely at saturation but what's come out lately? The S7 (two months ago) and the iPhone 6 (last year). Surely you weren't hoping that something released two months ago would suddenly increase sales? And were either particularly held as earth-shattering products?

    - Gaming products? Okay... er... where? There haven't been new consoles for years, games are sold online now more than physical shipments, there's really nothing out there in the pipeline even close to release and everything else is accessories and periphery.

    So, not being funny - what were you basing "anticipated demand" on? Surely not just the S7?

    Having seen the amount of returns DCC process for Samsung I'd imagine that in a year or so this contract will swing back round and be put through distribution again.
