    IoT botnets destroying Internet

    "large DDoS attacks do not require the use of reflection amplification techniques. LizardStresser, an IoT botnet was used to launch attacks as large as 400Gbps"

    There you have it, the obvious solution is to ban IoT devices from the Internet and move to the industry standard Microsoft Windows.

    How to mitigate DDoS attacks: move the whole network back to dial-up. Once those pesky speeds are reduced to 300 baud, then all of these problems will be a thing of the past.

    Right?
