    On Premise

    Basically all on-premise software is now considered "legacy" and will be at the back of the queue in terms of updates, new features, etc.

      "Basically all on-premise software is now considered "legacy" and will be charged at an even higher rate to implement the functionality you thought came as standard"...

    And since they are largely new-hires with non-computer degrees, and therefore don't understand what they are selling, the resultant drop in on-prem sales will be 'explained' as being because "Teh Cloud" is where everyone wants to go. Self-fulfilling catastrophe.
