    Simplivity is a case of sour grapes

    How is content based hashing a patent in the first place? I hope Simplivity does't get themselves screwed in the process. Timing of the lawsuit is also interesting, it only happened when Cisco kicked them out.

      Simple, it has been given by the USPTO who don't have a clue especially if they are paid for it.
