    There's no need for anybody to fall for these scams.

    Any board ought to insist on the application of due diligence to the value of purchases, and expensive, licensed bundles are evidently very poor value compared to well selected open source ones.

    If a company buys these, it's evidence that it is not applying due diligence, it does not have a proper appreciation of risk, and ought to be worth a visit, at least, from those responsible for enforcing the corruption act.
