    How long...

    ...before they get the TNT systems sorted out so fewer of our parcels go missing? We never had this much trouble when we used Citylink.

    Most support work will go to India, standards will slip, overall support within the business will be sub-standard, and ultimately the knock on effect of this is passed on to the customer as shipments are lost/late.

    Inevitable.
