    So now that the Hurd is gone, I think openning a book on how long it takes those ex-E.ON staff to be "downsized" is actually viable. Of couse under the previous management they would be gone before the ink was even dry.

    “HP has proven experience in large-scale IT outsourcing and a global presence. We have asked them to apply their broad experience and innovation capabilities and to act as operational integrator toward our other key partners.” said Edgar Aschenbrenner, E.ON's CIO.

    Edgar used to manage the EMEA Networking Division at HP, can't remember having seen him go.
