    Where are they getting this data

    DDR2 has been growing for at least a couple of years now. I swear every time I log in to Crucial.com as I have quite a few systems that woul like some more "obsolete" memory.

    If they know a site where the prices are actually dropping I would not mind if they share it. Link please?

      ISupply measures wholesale chip prices not retail prices of particular configurations. I certainly am hearing positive things about DDR3 pricing in particular as my company makes products with soldered memory.
