When I read that article, I just thought what a load of.... well you know. It just seemed like a typical sales/management speak list of bullet points that didn't really say much?

Maybe I've had a bad day. But I grimaced muchly!

It didn't interest me and now I've gone and commented about it to waste my time further. What a loser.
